Dragica Kisilak comes from a believing tailor’s family. At an early age she experienced God’s love, which she always loves to share with others.

She has had an interesting journey from vocational to PhD. She began her professional career as a secondary school teacher, then went on to work as a project leader and researcher, as well as scientist at a national institute. She lectured at university, where she was elected full professor. She has also developed and filed her own patent. In the last 21 years of her career, she established herself as an entrepreneur in her own company Euronitka d.o.o. Ljubljana, with two separate divisions: Institute and Consulting.  For the last 20 years she has also been working on the evaluation of scientific project applications in Brussels and reviewing scientific articles for foreign journals.

Dragica Kisilak has been ploughing the ground in the business and professional world in Slovenia for more than 20 years – with her desire to bring moral and ethical values based on the Bible into this precious world of businessmen and women, as well as all employees. As the leader of Professional Stream Slovenia and facilitator of many studies in PTS groups across Slovenia, she has touched several generations of people and remains an informal mentor to many of them in life and work.

Dragica believes that the Lord refines a person for spiritual service for a long time, before He can truly use him for the purpose He has prepared for each person individually (Ephesians 2:10).

Her greatest desire now is to train as many leaders as possible throughout Slovenia and to pass on the vision and ministry of PTS to the younger generation.  “And what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also.” 2 Timothy 2:2
